What exactly do you do?
We specialize in professional organizing and provide move services.
Organize- We look at all the areas in question, discuss desired changes and outcomes and offer immediate recommendations. We help you organize step-by-step and will coach you through the weed-out/system building process to find optimal solutions for your belongings.
Pack | Unpack - We precisely pack and unpack, set-up and place all your belongings so you don't have to. We can handle all the prep work leading up to your move through to the very end; including hiring and communicating with move personnel on your behalf.
Do you perform a needs analysis?
Yes, a non-judgemental needs analysis is taken during our first conversation. We will discuss your project in detail so that when we arrive we are ready to get to work!
Iām pretty tidy- do I need help organizing?
Some clients just need a hand editing the day-to-day clutter or years of build up. Others are interested in learning new organizational habits to live more efficiently. Depending on your goals established at the start, we will determine how to utilize our organizing strategies.
I'm moving- how can you help?
We work at a much faster pace and in far greater detail then move company packers- and use WAY LESS supplies! We can assist in the hiring & communicate with the moving company on your behalf. Prior to your move we will help weed-out and purge so that unwanted items are not transported to your new home. We will unpack all of the boxes and set-up your new home, from making the beds to hanging the artwork. Your entire home will be consistently organized, not just randomly unpacked.
What will our first appointment be like?
Once the needs analysis is complete, we setup our first appointment. On this day we will quickly and efficiently go over the areas in question, discuss the desired changes and outcomes, offer immediate recommendations and then get to work straight away.
What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
Nothing! We like to see your space exactly as you live in it so we can make the best suggestions for how you use the space. More importantly, it is not necessary to purchase storage containers in advance. First we need to go through and weed-out unwanted items.
Do I need to be available the whole time?
No, not necessarily. We just ask you are present (or at least available) during the weed-out process to make decisions. We do not eliminate anything without your consent. After the weed-out stage we will work independently according to your goals.
How long will my organizing project take?
Every project is different and every client is different. Some clients move quickly, while others take time to make decisions about each item. Our job is to keep you on task by working at a comfortable pace. With large organizing projects, we can give you homework to do in-between sessions.
How long will my pack/unpack project take?
In our initial conversation we will discuss the timeline for your move and make sure we have proper availability. We will also provide detailed information on what needs to be done to prepare for an efficient move. After our initial walk-through consultation an estimate and time frame will be provided.
How much will my project cost?
We charge by the hour & have half day and full day rates.
We may offer a flat fee depending on the size of project.
We offer free on-site consultations to provide an estimate of hours or day rates to complete your project.

Supply costs are additional and are paid on the date of service
Travel fees may apply if 30+ miles outside of service area.
For large projects we may offer a flat fee once a walk-thru has been completed.
When you refer a friend that has completed 2 hours or more, you and your friend will receive 1 hour free to use towards any session.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is due at the end of each day a service is rendered. We accept cash, Zelle & Venmo.
Packages of 20 hours or more must be purchased in advance of service & are non-refundable.
